PC board bending, as the name suggests, undergoes elastic deformation under the pressure of the upper or lower molds of the bending machine, and then enters plastic deformation. At the beginning of plastic bending, PC board is free to bend. As the upper or lower molds apply pressure to the sheet metal, the inner surface of the V-shaped groove between the sheet metal and the lower mold gradually becomes closer, while the curvature radius and bending force arm also gradually decrease. Continue to apply pressure until the stroke ends, so that the upper and lower molds are in full contact with the sheet metal at three points. At this point, a V-shaped bending, commonly known as bending, is completed.
Bending, a common PC board processing process, is easy to operate and has automatic and manual functions in both automatic and manual states. After the board is placed, it is automatically bent and formed within a preset time. The softening gap can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the thickness of the processed board. The use of infrared heating method greatly extends the service life compared to the furnace wire heating method. The voltage can be adjusted to avoid surface sticking when folding thick plates. Configure a water circulation system, increase cooling speed, and install a water temperature overheat alarm system to reduce defect rates and ensure safe use of equipment. Leakage protection function, equipped with grounding wire, ensures the safety of construction and use.
